The judging of entries in each of the six categories of the Leatherhead & District Business Awards has now concluded and the 2017 finalists have been announced. The Awards celebrate those who are building dynamic local and international businesses, providing a strong contribution to the Mole Valley community and people who inspire others to achieve their potential.
Richard Scrase, Media Advisor at ExxonMobil, Headline Awards Sponsor and Judge of the Contribution to the Community Category said: “The judges were extremely impressed with the range and standard of entries received and being part of the judging panel was both interesting and enjoyable. The winner and runner-up entry for each of the above six categories will be announced at an Awards Ceremony, which will be held at the Old Chapel at St. John's School, Leatherhead on 4 July 2017.
The Leatherhead & District Business Awards scheme is a celebration of the area's vibrant business community. It was first established in 2009 by Leatherhead based PR firm Prowse & Co Ltd as a key strand of the Leatherhead & District Chamber of Commerce initiatives.
